Refunds and withdrawal

The sixty-day trial exists so that nobody has to buy blind. Here is what happens when something goes wrong anyway.

Last updated 4 September 2026

Try before you buy

Sixty days, no card, every feature unlocked. We put the trial first because a refund policy is a poor substitute for knowing what you are buying. If you have not tried it yet, do that instead of reading this page.

The EU right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU, you normally have fourteen days to withdraw from an online purchase without giving a reason.

Digital content is different. When you ask for immediate delivery and acknowledge what that means, the right ends once delivery begins. That is why checkout asks you to tick a separate box saying so — it is not a formality we added for decoration.

If you did not tick it, or if you bought without being asked, the fourteen days apply in full and we will refund you on request.

When we refund anyway

The rules above are the floor, not the ceiling. We refund without argument when:

  • The software does not run on a system we said it supports.
  • A fault we cannot fix within a reasonable time makes it unusable for you.
  • You were charged twice, or charged for something you did not buy.
  • You bought by mistake and have not activated the licence.

We do not refund because a feature works differently than you hoped, or because you found something you prefer elsewhere. That is what the sixty days are for.

How to ask

Write to biuro@dawrazor.com with the email address you bought with. You do not need a form, an order number or a reason, though telling us what went wrong helps us fix it for the next person.

We answer within a few working days. Approved refunds go back to the card you paid with, usually within five to ten working days depending on your bank — that part is out of our hands.

What happens to your licence

A refunded licence stops being valid. The software keeps running until its next licence check, which is not us being generous — it is simply how the thirty-day offline period works.

Projects you made stay openable. We do not lock files you created.

Marketplace purchases

Plugins and sound banks bought from other sellers follow the same rules, but the seller decides. We pass the request on and step in if a seller is unreasonable.

Chargebacks

Please write to us before disputing a charge with your bank. A chargeback costs us a fee on top of the refund and takes weeks; an email takes a day and usually ends the same way.
