Licence key not arriving? Check the spam folder, then look in your account — every key you own is listed there, so a lost email costs you nothing.
Reporting a crash? Tell us your operating system version, the Razor Studio version from Help → About, and what you were doing. Those three things turn an unreproducible report into a fixed bug.
